Greetings Lubbers of Taxes:

If you are Elderly, Veteran, Disabled, Blind ?, please review your Exemption passed at our March 2011 Town Meeting. Do not be nasty, I am going blind and I am disabled. Watch out! The Legislature is passing the Weed Law and the Open Carry Gun Law! That even scares me. Smoking dope and carrying a gun? Only New Hampshires Four Hundred over paid Legislature, one hundred per year, could come up with this nonsense.

Citizens, with or without property, I am trying to save you from from foreclosure or other disasters. But you have to help-get off your lubber and vote! Hillsboro, has an active minority of over one hundred selfish activist: Known as the Want-to-be small h=historians. These democratic, church going-mobsters will do anything to run the less fortunate out of town. This minority is corrupting the town and will vote you out of your homes with their bowel eating taxes. Our schools, like the Hillsboro minority, are out of control. What scares me, the teachers really believe they are doing a great job. The good old days of hiding behind a corrupt money gauging union is over or soon will be. So anointed one's-ones' grab what you can while you can. Please do not carry an open gun and smoke weed-wead at the same time.

Today, I am running for Town Selectman. I need your vote. I will increase your taxes-my motto: "taxation with representation."

What makes the Voters of Hillsboro increase taxes each year? My escrow account went up $52.00 monthly-that is alot of Hillsborough History. The Town even tries to increase taxes by unwritten Articles.

Take this to the bank.

"An unlimited power to tax involves, necssarily, a power to destroy; because there is a limit beyond which no institution and no property can bear taxation."

Greetings:

The Economic Development Commission of Hillsboro will have a publican on the business climate in Hillsborough and other very interesting facts. Literature will be passed out at March 2011 at the Town Meeting-Free. I stronly recommend you read this material and wake up and smell the coffee you lovers of high property taxes.

Our Selectman have their annual increase in the budget, along with: "Fourteen Money Articles." As John Stetsor stated last March there will be no increases for the Library-Want to bet! A Sprinkler System- Wasn't this the main problem from the Fire Marshall's Office. We paid $600,000 for compliance and the one thing we needed is still not done.

There is nothing better than: "Taxation with Representation." Just think, we broke away from George III for Taxation without Representation. My, how times have changed.

Have you heard the population of young people is going down and foreclosures at an all time high. This maybe the last gap for the Unions to get more money-H/D? Hopefully, the Messanger will publish my article, Letter to the Editor, this coming edition.

It is too bad our selectpeople always agree and then change their minds. A strenth of our little historic community-"When in doubt procrastinate."

Greetings Citizens:

I wish someone out in this little cyber-space would start a discourse,(conversation) with me. You do not have to be an intellectual like me. I respect most opinions, if they do not become a personal issue.

Hillsboro has a serious problems with increased funding for the Police Dispatch and the Unionized Police Department. Currently our Selectpersons are negotiating a contract with the police. The tax payer will be pinched again on the fanny or buttocks. The tax payer has several options:

As the dispatch Committee recommended abolish the Dispatch Center which in the next budget will cost $425,000 to operate. In its' place: Join the County Sheriff Dispatch Center for less than $80,00.

Abolish the entire Police Department taking with it the Union and their million dollar price tag. Replace it: through funding the County or the State Police and save a million dollars.

Establish a Police Commission to oversee the budget, policies and operations, not the day to day operations of the Police Department. In my next report I will present the Police Commission to the Citizens of Hillsboro.

I think people are afraid to respond to me because they know I am an intellectual. Even though, I do occasionally make mistakes in grammar and in spelling.

Greetings Citizens:

You should be very concerned about the H/D School Budget and the looming Union Contract. The school population is in total decline and their budget is increasing by over a million dollars. On top of that the Union wants a contract with hefty pay raises and benefits. Did you know our school system is behind in educating our students both in the state and nationally? Maybe, the System should be more concerned with educating than getting fat on the backs of our seniors and the hard working people in hillsboro.

No Representation without Taxation.

I hoped you enjoyed your tax bill from the Town. Wait until July when you pay for the Goodies you voted for: Seventeen Articles were passed March 2010 by a yell vote.

The tax payers need a football team for at most thirty children. It is a small cost: for the field, maintenace, coaches, insurance, equipment and buses. I have a better idea: fire the Sports Director and hire two teachers. Or if you agree with the Cheer Leaders vote for another tax increase. By the way: how are the H/D educational scores for New Hampshire and the nation wide? Do you really want a football team?

Greetings Citizens:

I missed last weeks Police Dispatch Committee Meeting. I heard the Committee, mandated by the voters, will meet behind close doors with the Selectpersons. The reason: the Committee feels intimated by the presence of the Police Chief and the Head of the Dispatch Center. Simply, why didn't the Committee ask them to leave? Now we have to go into a closed door meeting with the Selectpersons. As you know I am for the tax payer. I have heard the Police Chief has a stake in keeping the Dispatch Center. If you want to know go to our closed meeting on December 14th.

This is what happens when I miss a meeting. I believe in all meetings open to the public. The First Amendment will protect our citizens and if that does not work invoke the Second? In a representative government, we the people do not have to hide behind closed doors.

The Dispatch Center cost the tax payers over $400,000. Those that work in Dispatch spend 80% of their time doing clercical work. If we recommend the end to Dispatch Center, the employees should be placed in other Town Departments or with the Police Department. There is no need to be nasty in order to save the tax payers needed revenue. We have a million dollars in the Town General Fund.

Greetings:

I have been sick and I have not attended the Selectpersons' Meeting. I will try to make it to the Benefits Meeting on December 8, 2010.

The big issue is the Police Union negotiations with the Town of Hillsboro.

The ironey our Chief could not find a certified police officer for the Department. It will cost the Town $100,000 to certify this person. The ironey, Weare NH just hired a certified officer. It is really hard to believe we had to hire an Officer that has to be trained and certified by Hillsboro at a cost of $100,000. I thought the Police Dog cost tax payers? My opinion keep the dog and rid the 13th police officer hired.

Opinion: It is time to step up before you are taxed out of your homes. In view of last years Articles I am shocked we still have our homes. It is time to take on the Police Department and rid our Selectpersons' in the next election. Naturally, I would run to increase your taxes! I have given up on, "Ax the Tax."

If the Villager set a mock vote: Would you vote A.B. Urquhart Citizen of the Republic to protect the citizens from taxation from our closed session Selectpersons?

Greetings Citizens:

The Article written by the Messanger stating: "Auditors Cretical of Hillsboro Town Clerk." My opinion all Auditors find something wrong to justify their existance. The Town Clerk deosits each month the small fees for dog licenses etc. This is used for petty cash and deposited at the end of the month. This procedure has been going on for several years by the tax collector. Hillsboro Selectman requested the Tax Collector keep $200.00 petty cash and anything over that make a deposit. NH State Registrations by law have to be deposited , which this has been complied with. Simply, there is no malfeasance, misconduct by a public official or misfeasance, performance of a lawful action in an unlawful manner. This matter should be closed.

The Selectpersons should be concerned with the Town Funds and possible misappropriation, by transfering funds from different accounts to balance others.
The citizens should have concerns. You, the tax payer, approved $600,000 for the Library. As you should be aware the Library went over budget. What account or accounts are the Selectpersons and Town Manager taking the money from?

As a note my good friend Retired Sheriff Morse, Morse's Sporting Goods, will be selling Christmas Trees. Each tree bought $10.00 will be donated.

I read that the Hillsboro Selectpersons settled a Town Law Suit from Joseph Panaredo. Was this done in a closed session. Rumor has it that this behind the door stuff, will stop with amended legislation to the Right to Know Law. There will be no more perfidy by our elected representatives.

Peter Brigham, wants to be acting Truant Officer for H/D School District. He has several positve reasons. The RSA allows the School Board to appoint a Truant Officer. Peter is willing to temporaily take on the extra duty. Several people in town have recommended our Welfare Director should take over the responsibility. My opinion is most towns have their police departments pick up the little rascals and hold them until their parents pick them up. Our Chief, inevitably will complain his department can't handle it and will require more Certified Officers at a cost of $100,000 each to certify. By the way Chief: Why not hire the two officers that left the Salisburry Police Department. They are already certified and are in good standing. Our Selectpersons will go along with the Chief and his union no matter what. We just add it to the tax rolls or use other town accounts.

I am terrible at spelling and should pay more attention to my grammar.

Are the Hillsboro Deering School Children Pledging Allegiance to our Flag? This issue must really piss off the liberal teachers in our schools.

Did Thomas Jefferson sign the United States Constitution? This will really piss you off.
